Back again for 2026, Bloomington Transit’s Summer Fun Pass is now available for purchase. For only $12, students K-12 can enjoy UNLIMITED rides on BT fixed-route buses from May 21–August 5.
Summer Fun Passes are on sale at the Downtown Transit Center (301 S Walnut St) and BT offices (130 W Grimes Ln). Typical customer service window days and hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students must provide proof of age and enrollment in a K-12 school (school IDs, report cards, school planner, class itinerary, etc.) at time of purchase.
Summer Fun Passes are eligible for students K-12 with a BT-issued student ID card. Student IDs are free and can be obtained at either BT location. Pass carriers must carry their BT-issued student ID card to use the Summer Fun Pass.
Summer Fun Passes are not transferrable or refundable. BT assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen passes. As always, children four years old and younger ride free with supervision, no ID required.
