Transform BT

At its January, 2023 meeting, the BPTC Board of Directors approved the strategic plan—Transform BT—that will help guide decision-making of the agency over the next 5-7 years. Through stakeholder engagement sessions and expertise in the transit industry, our consultants at Foursquare ITP were able to glean key insights into how our operations may be improved. The plan defines actionable steps to achieve our goals of enhancing mobility for everyone in our community. Initiatives include:
