We’ve listened to your concerns about strollers on buses and we’re pleased to report that we will allow strollers on buses with a few simple rules.
- Strollers can be parked in the wheelchair areas of the bus assuming these areas are not occupied by wheelchairs or other wheeled mobility devices for people with disabilities.
- Stroller wheels must be locked and children in the strollers should have their stroller lap belt secured.
- Wheelchairs and other wheeled mobility devices for persons with disabilities will always have priority in the wheelchair areas regardless of who is first on the bus. If both wheelchair areas are occupied, then any strollers will have to be folded up and secured between seats on the bus.
