Beginning Monday, May 14, 2018, the Highland Village/Curry Pike route 3 bus will not longer travel along Jacobs Drive and Alexander Drive in Whitehall Crossing. The following bus stops will be removed: Whitehall Crossing at Wendy\’s, Whitehall Crossing at @ Penn Station and the Lowe\’s bus stop. Route 3 will still serve Gates Drive, however. Coming off West 3rd Street, it will go north on Gates and turn right in the back service lots of the Whitehall Crossing shops. It will pick up passengers in the lot before it exits left onto Jonathon Drive. At the 4-way stop at Gates & Jonathon Drive the bus will turn south onto Gates Drive and continue to West 3rd. As shown in the map below, a new bus stop will be installed at Gates & Runkle, across the street from the existing one as well as a bus shelter near Gates & Jonathon. The existing bus stop on Gates & Runkle will remain.
