Effective Monday, November 23, 2020, all buses will resume the procedure of passengers boarding through the rear doors. Only passengers using mobility devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and canes may use the front doors. Additionally, those without mobility devices needing the kneeler (bus lowered) may use the front doors.
Buses remain fare-free and passengers are strongly encouraged to practice social distancing onboard buses and at bus stops whenever possible. Masks will be provided on buses for those without one. Per Monroe County Health regulations, passengers must wear a mask indoors and in places where six feet distance between one another is not possible.
