The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment on the FY 2022 proposed program of projects for which Federal capital assistance would be sought under 49 U.S.C. Section 5310, and 5339. The proposed program of projects is described as follows:

Total federal Section 5339 funds in the amount of $3,686,577 are available to BPTC for capital projects. A total of $250,000 is available in Section 5310 funding. Also, available for FY 2022 is $432,000 in STPBG flexed funds. Total available federal funding including all sources is $4,368,577. At the hearing, the BPTC will afford the opportunity for any interested persons or organizations to make comments on the proposed program of projects. Unless substantive comments are received either in writing or at the public hearing which result in changes to the Program of Projects by the BPTC Board of Directors, the proposed program of projects shall become final.
