BTaccess will implement an expanded service area starting Saturday, March 3, 2018. Saturday BTaccess service will now be available within the entire city of Bloomington from 7:30 am until 11:30 pm during IU semesters. During IU break periods such as summer, spring, Thanksgiving, and winter breaks, service will end at 7:30 pm.
In addition, Sunday BTaccess service will now be available within the entire city of Bloomington from 9:30 am until 10:30 pm during IU semesters. During IU break periods, Sunday service will end at 7:30 pm.
Previously, BTaccess Saturday evening operations and Sundays were limited to areas within a 3/4 mile radius of fixed routes 6 and 9.
BTaccess is a public transportation service for persons with disabilities who cannot use regular fixed route service due to their disability. Eligibility is determined after completion of an application.
