APP UPGRADE STARTING JANUARY 22

Our bus tracking app is upgrading!

Starting Monday, January 22, we will be upgrading our bus tracking app to ETA Spot. What does this mean to our riders?

With this upgrade, equipment will be updated on buses causing buses not to show up on Doublemap and not be tracked. The buses may be on our new app, called Spot. Download the Spot app in the Google Play or App Store for your mobile phone by searching ETA SPOT or SPOT. It will be an orange word saying SPOT with a bus inside the O and a blue circle in the background.

Please be patient for the next few weeks as we get the system bugs worked out. If you need help with bus stops, we suggest using looking on both Doublemap and ETA Spot or using Google Maps.

We will be doing our best to know bus locations in our dispatch office. You can call us at 812-336-7433 for assistance but please be patient with our staff if we don’t know where the bus’s exact location is.
