UPDATE on BUS FARE AND FACILITY CLOSURES

Now through at least November 18, 2020, the following procedures will be in effect.

• Continuation of free rides for fixed route and BTaccess service. Passes and IDs will not be checked nor sold.
• Continued closure of the downtown Transit Center indoor area and restrooms. It is only open for Miller Transportation tickets sales and general questions. Loitering and waiting inside is not permitted.
• Grimes Lane offices remain closed. Lost and found pick-up is by appointment only.
• Mask wearing is mandatory one buses and at bus stops per Monroe County health order. Customers must maintain social distancing whenever possible.
• Masks are available for those without one on all buses while supplies last.

Please adhere to the following practices to limit the spread of COVID-19:

• Exit through the rear doors
• Maintain a 6 foot distance on the bus and at bus stops whenever possible
• Where a mask, covering your mouth and nose (every bus has free spare masks)
