Total FY 2020 federal funds under 49 U.S.C. §5307 available to BPTC for capital and operating projects are about $2,771,377.  In addition, carryover FY19 §5307 funds of $664,767 are available.  Total available federal funding available is $3,436,144.  Copies of the proposed program of projects are available for public inspection on our website at www.bloomingtontransit.com.  A public hearing on the proposed Program of Projects will be held on May 19, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.  The hearing will be held remotely using a Zoom meeting via weblink at

Unless substantive comments are received which result in changes to the Program of Projects by the BPTC Board of Directors, the proposed program of projects shall become final.
