The Bloomington Public Transportation Corporation proposed Program of Projects for which Federal operating and capital assistance would be sought under 49 U.S.C. §5307 in FY 2020 is summarized below

Total FY 2020 federal funds under 49 U.S.C. §5307 available to BPTC for capital and operating projects are about $2,771,377.  In addition, carryover FY19 §5307 funds of $664,767 are available.  Total available federal funding available is $3,436,144.  Copies of the proposed program of projects are available for public inspection on our website at  A public hearing on the proposed Program of Projects will be held on May 19, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.  The hearing will be held remotely using a Zoom meeting via weblink at
