Due to several intersections of East Kirkwood being reconstructed, bus stops on Kirkwood between Washington and Indiana are closed. Route 9 bus stops along Indiana are open. These routes are detouring as follows:
- Route 1 inbound from the north – skipping Kirkwood, turning right onto 3rd St to the Transit Center. Bus stops on Dunn are open
- Route 1 outbound heading north – leaving the Transit Center will take 3rd St to Indiana, skipping Lincoln and Kirkwood
- Route 1 inbound from the south – from Indiana turning left onto 4th St to Washington, missing Kirkwood
- Route 3 inbound from the east – from 3rd St directly to Transit Center, skipping Indiana, Kirkwood, and Washington
- Route 4 inbound from the south – from 3rd St directly to Transit Center, skipping Indiana, Kirkwood, and Washington
- Route 5 inbound – from 3rd St directly to Transit Center, skipping Indiana, Kirkwood, and Washington
- Route 5 outbound – from Transit Center to 3rd St, skipping Lincoln, Kirkwood, and Dunn
Detours and bus stop closures are subject to change. Construction is expected to end in July, 2020.
