How Can I Help Improve BTaccess and Accessibility of Fixed Route?

The Bloomington Council on Accessible Transportation (BCOAT) is an advisory group to BPTC staff that meets regularly to provide input on policies and procedures relative to accessibility of BTaccess and BT fixed route services. These open-to-the-public meetings are held at the downtown Transit Center located at 301 S. Walnut St and also online on Zoom. For more information contact Eli McCormick, Customer Service Manager, at 336-7433 extension 102. The next meeting is scheduled for August 19, 2021 at 6:30 p.m.

PTC is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of BCOAT on the basis of race, sex, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
