How Can I Help Improve BTaccess and Accessibility of Fixed Route?

The Bloomington Council on Accessible Transportation (BCOAT) is an advisory group to BPTC staff that meets regularly to provide input on policies and procedures relative to accessibility of BTaccess and BT fixed route services. This open-to-the-public meetings are held at the downtown Transit Center located at 301 S. Walnut St. For more information about the meetings, please contact Mr. Eli McCormick, Customer Service Manager, at 332-5688 extension 102. The next meeting is scheduled for September 19 at 6:30 pm in the downtown Transit Center located at 301 South Walnut St.
