If you wish to lodge a formal complaint, please email us or call 812-336-7433. If the complaint is of a specific incident, please include a description of the BT employee, the date, time, location, route number, 4 digit bus number, and where you got on and off the bus if applicable. These details will greatly aide in our investigation of the incident.
