How Can I Help Improve BTaccess and Accessibility of Fixed Route?

The Bloomington Council on Accessible Transportation (BCOAT) is an advisory group to BPTC staff that meets regularly to provide input on policies and procedures relative to accessibility of BTaccess and BT fixed route services. This open-to-the-public meeting will be held at the the new Transit Center passenger transfer facility located at 301 S. Walnut St. For more information about the meetings, please contact Mr. Eli McCormick, Customer Service Manager, at 332-5688. The next spring meeting date has yet to be decided. BTaccess clients can ride for free to and from the meeting if the trips are requested at least a day in advance.

BPTC is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, or denied the benefits of BCOAT on the basis of race, sex, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
